The training philosophy is based on the work of Kurt
Hahn (1886-1974), founder of Outward Bound and of the Round Squares
school system. Training at WOLFFBERG is predicated on
the premise that in order to
change behavior one must work directly with attitudes
and feelings. The most effective methods for
achieving change are through solution of concrete and relevant
problems in an inspiring and supportive environment involving physical
activities and play.
Wolffberg seminars are contract courses.
Open seminars and booking for individual participants
are not available at present.
Listed seminar prices include all preparation, instruction
and instructional materials.
Listed seminar prices do not include payment for conference
hotel facilities or for transport
to and from seminar locations. Additional charges for
test materials and special apparatus
may apply where noted.
Consulting and coaching
Many years of experience, working with companies and
individuals has provided much insight

WOLFFBERG offers consulting, personal coaching and process consultation
for senior management teams and work groups.
Consulting and coaching fees are by arrangement, but charges are ususally based on an hourly rate of $300.
